Her Story

Chef Veronica Ashley was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and developed a passion for cooking when her hair salon was abruptly shut down during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Being quarantined for 2 months, she had nothing but time to learn different aspects of the culinary world along with perfecting her cooking skills to take her to the next level. The vision became very clear to Veronica after the success she had catering family and friends' events.

Veronica started her catering business "Veronica Ashley Catering and Events" in 2023 where she began to share her passion with the world. She now specializes in catering events such as: birthdays, baby showers, private parties, and much more.
